1. Signed
contract and a non-refundable $250.00 booking fee is
due prior to booking rooms for
your group, balance of deposit equal to first nights
stay is due for each stay at the latest
90 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Room blocks
may be released automatically without
notification if deposits are not received by dates due
on contract.
2. Payment accepted in U.S. funds only. For international
tour companies payment must be wired
directly into our account.
3. Cancellations 45-60 days prior to scheduled arrival
date will be subject to ten percent retention
of deposit.
4. Cancellations 30-45 days prior to scheduled arrival
date will be subject to a fifty percent retention
of deposit.
5. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to scheduled
arrival date will be subject to full retention of
deposit.
6. Rooming lists are due 30 days prior to arrival date.
At this time the balance of the rooms will
be released and the contract will be adjusted. Any rooms
canceled within 30 days of scheduled
arrival will be subject to a charge of one night. Increases
to room block are subject to
availability.
7. Balance of master account is due 30 days prior to
scheduled arrival. Any adjustments to the
master account will be handled during normal business
hours the day prior to check out.
8. Baggage handling is $4.00 per person, round trip
and is mandatory.
9. A minimum of ten rooms to qualify for group tour
rates. One complimentary room for escort
after twenty rooms purchased.
10. Arrival and departure times must be indicated on
your rooming list. Group rooms will be ready
after 3:00 P.M. Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
11. Courtesy transportation is not available for group
tours.
12. Please remember that room blocks are not confirmed
until deposit is received.
13. All rates are subject to an eight percent municipal
hotel tax.
